Kat von Horror creates darkly seductive Goth Art Nouveau works that celebrate the human body, beauty, desire, and the mystery beneath the surface.

Kat von Horror, the artist name of Katja Omlor, was born in Slovenia and has spent much of her adult life working and creating in Germany and Switzerland. Trained in graphic design, she developed an early love for creative expression through childhood drawing and poetry, long before painting became her full-blown artistic passion.

Her work is deeply connected to the human body, seduction, and the emotional intensity of beauty. At home in both digital painting on iPad and acrylic art, Kat von Horror creates a distinctive style that merges gothic atmosphere with Art Nouveau-inspired elegance. Flowing lines, sensual forms, dark romance, and 3D ornamental detail come together in images that feel intimate, powerful, and haunting.

Her paintings are an homage to desire, femininity, and the body as a vessel of mystery. Between softness and darkness, control and surrender, Kat von Horror builds a world where beauty is never innocent — it is bold, magnetic, and alive.
